Most parts places have considerable mark up on parts. That would be the difference between wholesale and retail price. Sometimes that price difference can be as much as double. Don't understand why there would be that much difference myself. They might of sold that part for the lower price to reduce there invatory. Just a guess and a shot in the dark, but I bet they don't sell to many of those, and probably didn't restock it. Not sure why one guy wouldn't take off a dime but the other guy did. Maybe one was in charge and the other wasn't. I use to work at a dealership where we would sometimes get parts from other places. Knowing what was going on in the parts sells, I kind of figured the whole system out. Got some cheap parts for whole sell price myself when I use to work there.
