I believe you can still get them from Case/IH, I have bought Operators an parts manuels for A's, C's, H's, M's, WD9's. Looking at my M parts manuel an operartors manuel it had all the listing for each of the M's in it. Also Case/IH sells a Parts Catalog CD rom which is broken up into below 100 HP 2 WD an above 100 hp cost is about $70.00 but well worth every penny when you look at the price you put into parts manuels when you have a number of tractors. Also Binder books has reprint manuels or look for some on E-Bay b ut I believe that Case/IH is your best bet :o) only my three cents :o)
