The generally accepted numbers are acknowledged to be subject to small errors, but are very close. Here's the problem...some who don't know the numbers claim they are not known at all. Cubs---99536 to 106517 Super A---281269 to 285298 C---47010 to 54411 Look for tractors within these number ranges and then double check for other clues, such as white paint under the red. Casting numbers are a good tool too. They should all indicate late 1949 or very early 1950. Mine are all Nov and Dec 1949 and Jan 1950. My Cub is #100182 George Willer
