Cub low boy to sell

My uncle has a 1955 Farmall cub low boy purchased new. It has only been used to plow his driveway(@30 yds). It has golf course tires on rear, rear wheel weights, 54" snowplow blade and cushion seat. It has always been garaged and well maintained.He also has the manuals. It is in excellent shape. What is the best way to sell it and how can he determine selling price. He lives in a suburban area in Rochester, NY.
