H-4 Magneto, need help

I've got a 1940 td6 and can't get it started. I checked for spark and there is none at the points.Is it possible that I have a bad coil? How would I check it ? Would it be possible that the magnets are going bad? How would I check them? I replaced the points, condensor, plug wires, cap and rotor during my last service and it fired up on the first crank, but now no fire. I hand crank this thing to start it, so you know how much I need it to fire first time, everytime. Thanks, Paul
