I have the parts book for the Farmall 200, 230, and 240 (basically the same thing as a Super C). from the looks of it, all you should have to do is remove the PTO housing from the rear end of the tractor, and then you should be able to get the shaft/drive gear out (you might need to remove the drive gear for the belt pulley gear box, the parts book isn't too clear on this). Do you have a Case-IH dealership nearby? If so, go there and ask them to print off the exploded view of the PTO unit from the Super C parts book.
