I can't help you with your belt supplier, but if you don't get what you need here, let me know and I'll post a pic of my SA and my conversion to a 3 belt system, it wasn't hard and I'm on my 4th year with all 3 belts, also none of them cost me more than $25.00

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
