1586 shifting problems

I posted a message a month ago about a 1586 transmission that was jumping out of 2nd gear. Somebody posted a reply that I should call a number for a special cam that will shift the slider further into gear. Well, I copied down the number and now that I took time and pulled the cover off the transmission to inspect the gears and shifter cam I see that things look all in place and the detents and rollers are also all there and look good. When I call the phone number that I have the lady that answers does not know anything about tractors or shifter cams. Thanks in advance if somebody has another number.
