cub loboy steering

I have a cub loboy that has very bad shimme when i travel down the road .The front wheels start to wobble back and forth violently. the only way to stop it it to turn the steering wheel back and forth or take to the shoulder and into the grass.I know the problem is in the front housing some were but were do i start?Any help would be appreciated
