Charles: the other possability is the hyda creeper drive. I have the speeds here for my 130 out of manual. 1 st gear regular 2.3 mph hydra .27 mph to a speed of 1.1 mph hydra creeper in 4th. The drawbar pull useing this hydra creeper is very low. It is quite simply a remote valve on hydraulic system and a hydraulic motor hooked to pto shaft. You tied the clutch down and engaged pto. Basically you drove the transmission through the pto. I have never used this option. I am told they don't work very well. I talked with a guy that had used one. He said it could have been quite a system had IH put a front mounted pump on tractor with some volume and presure and a corresponding motor on pto. He told me and this is 40 years ago they looked at possibility of finding a hydrostatic unit that would fit in clutch housing and torque tube, thus doing away with clutch completely. Purchase of another tractor became their option. They were using tractor for transplanting.
