i am having the same problem on my 400D it has the same pump.i forgot and left the fuel on over the winter and all the fuel leaked into the motor oil. it is the primary pump on back of the injector pump leaking internialy and going into the I P reservoir then into the motor oil. i was told the primary pump needs rebuilding hope this helps.
