There is a recall out on the gas cap so you can get a new one (not the same as the original though) for free. Someone around here may have the form. There are 3pt. kits available but I can't say how good they are. I would leave the tractor six volts, especially if it still works. They worked this way for over 50 years so I put a bit more effort into my 6-volt Super A and it hasn't given me any trouble. Hope this helps. SAm in NS
