Paul John, I have a B250 with loader and its a great little tractor. I had a time finding a manual and finally I did. The dealer who is locally to me got B250 manuals from England where the tractors were made. My manual was used and I paid $30 for it, I got an I-T manual for the series for $20, a B275 is almost identical. Are your brakes toast or do they just need to be adjusted, I adjusted mine and can slide both rear wheels. Our local Case I-H dealer still gets me parts for this tractor, thermostats, filters, clutch parts etc. A pto seal shouldn't be hard to find...good luck with the B250...where are you located?...I could look into a manual for you via post from Haughholme Books and Manuals..you may be able to find one at a tractor show..however...B250's were sold in Canada only and B275's were sold in both Canada and the U S., hence a shortage of manuals....good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario
