The M's radiator comes off a lot easier than the H. Two bolts on the bottom of the radiator which are easily acessed with a socket wrench. I'd take of the radiator and get it flushed. I would also remove the water pump and rebuild it- clean it out real good, and repack it with water pump grease and new packing material. You could also pull the water jacket plate off the block to see if you have any rust/debris between the cylinders. You may have to back flush the engine block.
