The advice provided by the others seems correct.
The one thing you need to be aware of. All Farmalls with the TA out go for a substantial discount in price. AT least from what I have seen.
Price a few 460's with working TA's before you offer a price.
TA's require you to split the tractor to fix so most in the market shy away from them.
If your use does not require a TA then use that to your advantage on the price.
