Farmall H(again)

Hi all. I asked a similar question yesterrday but I don't think you understood what I meant. I want to put a rear hydraulic outlet on my tractor. I have the two levered valve(one makes the pressure in the cylinder and the other releases it back to the tractor). My question is how do I hook this up? Which outlet of the three is the return? Or how could I put a return in? Is it ok to leave the liftall pump engaged all the time? Also can I use regular hydraulic oil in the pump? Thanks everyone. Matt
