RO, I've never worked on a 560, but some general advice should work, as they're basically the same. Start by putting the #1 cylinder at piston Top Dead Center and adjust the lash for the two valves in that cylinder in that position. There will probably be some other valves ready to be set at that position, and you may want to get a service manual for the sequence instead of noodling it out. If not, just keep rotating for TDC on each cylinder then set the valves for that cylinder. Retorque depends on the type of head gasket you use. Check the instructions that came with the gasket. Shouldn't be necessary to re-set the valve lash when hot -- assuming the .027 spec you got is a cold spec. You can use thick break in lube on the tappets or any wear part. Lots of different brands available; in a pinch, use STP.
