The cultivators may be missing the hydraulic cylinders, as they could be pulled off and used for other implements. If the levers you have are fairly short, about 2 feet if I remember right, they are adjustment levers, since trying to set the depth with the liftall is not very accurate. In other words they don't completely raise and lower the cultivator. Or, I could be wrong -- not the first time. Sorry, but I don't know the model.
