?? about mccormick 400

what can anyone tell me about a mccormick 400 had a guy offer me one needs rear wheel repair says it starts and runs and has some sort of "cobbled" up loader on it havnt seen it yet but supposedly all there any ideas what it might be worth im in the northwest also about how heavy thanks mike
