Cub tractor wont Start

Help im at wits end. A friend has a farmall cub
that won't start. I have checked everything
New coil in mag. checked timing OK. Seem to have
a weak spark at plugs.Coil fires spark 3/4 inch
away from ground. IS it possable to have a weak
spark and have aspark like that? could it be a bad condensor? He has had this a while always
started after rolling over 2 times on a 6 volt system.then one day it would not start.cleaned carb fired right off 6 or7 times has not ran since. founds bad coil fixed it.don't know what to do. any ideas anyone
