Bill – I live near Rochester myself (motto should be “where the sun rarely shines”). My experience is even well cared for tractors here often struggle on account of the persistant wet weather. If you visit an old tractor show in the area notice how many tractors on display have their distributors/magnetos bagged in clear plastic. There’s a reason for this!! ...Bob M
