706 Question

I saw a 706 tonight on the way home. The serial # is 9982. Does this have the D282 similar to the 560 or the German diesel that was in the later tractors. I am assuming that it is a D282 because it has glo plugs. What are some opinions on this tractor? Good or Bad.
