just painted my c, let it sit 3 days while I put it back together and painted the wheels. now when I push in the clutch it won't release, the pedal goes down and feels normal, when I took off the inspection plate on the bottom of the bellhousing I noticed that the pessure plate is releasing but cant tell that the clutch disk is releasing. I'm thinking that maybe be clutch disk is rusted/frozen to the flywheel, can this happen? I did pressure wash in this area so the flywheel and clutch assembly definetly got wet. is it possible that it rusted or is it something else, drove, shifted and released fine before I painted it. how can I fix this?
