Sounds to me like a 560 diesel. Most likely a head gasket problem but could be a cracked head. The 560 diesels were known to have head gasket problems if not installed and torqued properly. Not a major thing to repair, just time consuming and make sure holes are retapped and new bolts are not too long. I've had to shorten the bolts after resurfacing the head.
