Steven: I would question if the difference is any. On our farm we bought in order Farmalls H, 300, 560 and 656. The only one that ever matched the H for hydraulic lift was the 656. My dad had a loader on H from new. When he bought the 300 new, he wanted to change the same loader from H to 300 for the live hydraulics. The IH dealer spent countless hours trying to make that loader lift what it would on the H. It never happened. The 560 and 656 never did have the same loader as we went to a 2000IH. 560 was no better than 300. 656 was only marginally better than the H. I should add that the 560 was 15 years old and 656 was 8 years old before a loader was on either.
