Everybody I know who has ever actually used an 8N for any kind of work has said that they are the most over rated tractor ever built. I'd keep the 350 and put a little money into fixing it up, you know it is a solid tractor and $800 to paint it would be cheap compared to having to do any work to the 8N. Years ago (in the '60s) grandpa bought dad an 8N to use along side of grandpa's '54 Super H and any real work got done with the SH while the 8N got the easy jobs.
