trying to identify forein built ih tractor

4wd,60-70hp,german built 4cly.engine+front wheel drive- split doors on cab-square hood-540 +1000 pto shafts side by side instead of top and bottom-tractor has been painted, no numbers but it resembles a 684 or784. any help appreciated.
