If your H has low oil pressure I'd remove the oil pan. There is a screen to keep large debris from getting into the oil pump. The tube and screen come off easy and you can't miss it. When I rebuilt my H the screen was about half plugged up. I'd start with that as well as a fresh filter with some new 30 weight oil. P.S. I think there is one long bolt towards the back of the pan and one stud. It may be a good idea to note where it went to avoid breaking it off in a shallow tapped hole.
