Farmall 400 Diesel what's it worth

Have a friend who has a Farmall 400 diesel,with a ver y good 2 row mounted corn picker on it. Tractor runs very good and tin is straight with no rust and torque -amp is good,rubber about 80% wear,a very nice original tractor and easy restoration.I would buy this one myself but my tractor fund is a little low right now. What do you think he should ask for it?. We are located in central PA. Thanks in advance.
