Thanks you all so much for your input. I think I will have to pass this one up and keep looking for a smaller disc. Glad I asked you guys. By the way, if anyone is looking for a disc like this, 13.5' Kewanee, the guy is only asking $100 for it.
I am by no means an expert but it looks to be in good shape and all the bearings are good.
