My WC Allis can pull a 12 ft. Ford disk, that is in bad condition, with fluid in the tires, and 32 horse. I have a 14 ft. heavy framer Massey Ferguson disk, and it takes everything that the WC has to pull it in second, but she pulls well in first, but I have to load it down with weight. My WC has a little more power than a Super C motor, but you should be able to pull it, but it probably struggle on plowed ground. Good Luck!!
