Will a 2001 or 2000 loader of a 706 fit a 460 without too much modification?

Now that I know that all the parts are there for this loader, how much modification is going to be needed to make it fit properly. I've read some other posts that said that the rear arms go under the axle on an 706/806, where as they butt up againist the 560/460 axles. Any truth to this? How about the front brackets, are they going to bolt right up? Thanks again for the help you can provide.
