Had to replace half of the pully on my H a couple of winters ago. That adjustable part of the pulley alone was about $60.00 new. (Some dummy broke it adjusting the tension on the belt while when he was trying to keep the generator charging in the cold.) Ya gotta take the radiator off to get at it. Had about $500 into it by the time the local I-H dealer got done fixing it. Had him put in all new parts into the pump while he had it off-labor was the killer, not the parts. But then it was in the middle of a winter with the most snow we'd had in a lot of years & I needed it for pushing snow outta my drive. I didn't want to ruin the threads on the pump, so you pay the price when you don't have a place to work except the great outdoors! Just to give you some idea as to the $$ you can get tied up to solve a problem. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
