I think your problem is the "scale" from inside your tank is partially clogging your sediment bowl hole into the bowl. My 230 does this occasionally. I cut off the gas, take off the bowl and clean it, then use a small diameter rubber hose to back blow up into the tank and disperse the "clog". You will hear the bubbles when you have it done. I also am planning on trying to use a mechanics magnet to put into the tank to attract this scale (it must be metallic as it came off the side of the tank) and take it out. Hope this helps.
