Sounds like you are starved for fuel. Start at the tank and work you way to the carb. Somewhere in there you will find a fuel restriction. An easy check to see if this is your problem is to pull the plug from the bottom of the carb, you should have a good full flow of fuel that doesn't drop off. Be sure to let it run for a time.
