This is for the most part not quick fix, but rather slow to catch on story. When chain saws first came on market, a guy in my hometown became a dealer. A short time later two brothers came in wanted to see these new chain saws. Dealer didn't even have them unpacked. They put bar and chain on one and dealer said," Do you want to try it out back." No they replied, asked how much, paid for saw and left. Next night they were back, saw wouldn't cut. They spent over an hour on an 8" tree and finally finished it with bucksaw. They removed the bar and chain, by this time several other guys had come on scene. All agreed nothing wrong with saw, and put it back together. Next day same thing all over again. The brothers left the bush promptly for dealers shop. Area rep for chain saw company was there. His immediate responce," The chain is on backwards."
