ih 460 utility

I have the opertunity to trade my 92 18' bass boat for a ih 460 utility with a hydrolic bucket on front also comes with a 4 bottom plow and a 6' blade .I have no idea what the tractor should b4e worth .I know it needs carb work and it has power stering that turns good to left but hard to right ,Any ideas or sugestions would be appreciated..
