Jay: It has been a couple three years since I had occasion to replace thrust bearing on my "H", and at that time it was available through my Case/IH dealership in Burlington, NC. Unfortunately, even the dealership has gone out of business. I would advise that you inspect the bolster casting cavity for disfigurement if the bearing seems to have disintegrated. It could be you would have to machine it out to conform to original shape, and install a spacer? Probably the bearing cage has gotten chewed up. A spacer would, no doubt, be needed in any event? Since renewing thrust bearing on my "H" I grease it with tractor weight on and off the bolster to insure grease does get above and under the bearing! It's not as though that has to be done every day of the week for normal servicing. "TU"
