I don't know about the Lantz coulter. I can tell you this having owned about a dozen IH plows in my lifetime. They were all good plows. The IH coulters were always the weak point all the way from No. 8 Little Genius to the 510 semi-mount. The annoying part on coulters is when they fall appart you bury the pieces.
