I have good fuel flow from the tank to the carb. The carb drains out normally when I unscrew the drain scew. We think we are getting close to the timing though. I'll go ahead and set the valves at 20 cold, but can I set the valves when it is warmed up, but not running and go from there? When we set the valves the last time, it went into the hot zone. Thanks for the input!!
