Most F-20 factory rubber tired wheel's that I have seen are 36" rims. Since yours is 38", I would say that it sounds like an F-30 wheel. Stands to reason that the F-30 may of had a 2" bigger rim but I don't know that for sure. Is it a cut down wheel? If so, you should be able to see where the spokes are welded to the rim and will look somewhat non-factory. If that is the case (unlikely from what you have stated), then its hard to tell what somebody would of welded on for a rim as far as size. What kind of spokes, round or flat iron? Somebody on this site might be looking for one if you are wanting to sell it.
