I have to knock on wood, never having had problems with these pumps. I was tempted to respond last evening. Most of the discussion you see on here is that the pump is easily rebuildable and parts are readily available from CaseIH. One of the problems I believe guys run into with this system is that hydraulic resovoir is so small that an unnoticed leak can soon run the system dry, thus damageing the pump. One of the hard to notice leaks is along pump shaft and into oil pan of engine.
