F 30 Help?

ran my f 30 yesterday after running awhile wants to sieze up opened up one of the side covers on the engine block lots of steam came out and had steam comming out the crankcase vent pipe sat over nite drained oil and had about a pint of water in the oil got any ideas, just got this tractor running been sitting about 10 years and was stuck when started working on it would appreciate any ideas......thanks
