milky colored oil

I have a tractor I just bought that has been completly rebuilt/restored to new condition. The tractor has only maybe 5 hours on it sence rebuild. I checked the oil when I picked it up and it looked nice and clean. Now after running it 1.5 to 2 hours after getting it home, I rechecked the oil and noticed it is very milky looking or maybe more like coffee with alot of cream in it. Does this seem like a possible problem? Any help would be great. Thanks.
