What is the radiator off of? Is it off of another H and just like the original one that use to be on there? If not, that is probably your problem. If it is the right radiator, then make sure you have the insulator spacers that fit underneath of it. Removal of these, or using oversized ones can alter radiator placement as far as height. Also, the metal pipe that goes inbetween radiator and water pump has to be positioned just right. Be sure you are using the right hose, and length of hose. Not sure if it would make much difference in this case, but there is a threaded rod over the engine that can adjust the top of radiator from front to back. This is mainly for hood placement adjustments, and not sure if it would cause this problem if wrongly adjusted.
