I was driving towards Exeter Ontario yesterday, road is straight there for miles. I saw what looked like someone using a tractor mounted snow blower, as I approached it started to look like fire. I was right on both counts. Cab of a IH flat deck truck was engulfed in flames. Guy on side of road with about 100 hp tractor and snow blower, was taking snow from the plow windrow and blowing it on fire. He was being quite effective. I believe he had been hauling the tractor and snow blower on lo bed trailer hitched to truck. At point which I saw this I don't think fire dept had time to respond.
