Call Worksaver. When I got mine, they gave me the name of a dealer - happened to be just across the county from me, and they ordered it. Item was UPSed to me, directly from the factory, and I sent off a check. Had a feeling, that the way the local dealer talked, he was the exclusive distributor. Anyway, Worksaver should be able to give you the name of a dealer. I'd have to hunt for the name and number at this point.
