I have a Saginaw in my 48 JD A and it is a well-designed 3 pt. hitch.
True, as Hugh says, there is no down pressure but the Fords with their 3 pts. didn't have down pressure either and the same for a lot of tractors. But adding a 3 pt. makes the tractor a much more useful machine.
I'm impressed with the Sagianw unit.
