M labors under idle

I just put my "M" all back together. All in all Im pretty happy with the way it runs,but I feel that it sounds like it is laboring under lower engine speeds. It sounds like this when it is moving or just sitting there idling. The timing is right on the money. I did have some head work done to it for some of the pulls I go to. I have a new eletronic ignition in it. I can not get it to run rich no matter how much I mess with the carb. Could I not be getting enough fuel? Any help would be appreciated!! Thank You!
