I would first use 30 weight in the hydraulic unit, run it for awhile, and check the level. If the seal is bad in the hydraulic pump, the 30 weight will drain into the oil pan through the governor housing, thereby not diluting the crankcase oil with hytran. By the way, always loosen the filler plug on the hydraulic unit BEFORE removing the drain plug. The unit is not vented, and can really discharge an AMAZING quantity of warm hydraulic fluid in an AMAZINGLY short period of time (less than blink of the eye) from that little drain hole.
